All of our trays are made fresh to your order. Small trays will serve approximately 6-10, large trays 24-30. The number of servings will vary depending on the food being served. We can assist you in ordering the correct amount for your affair. If there is something that you would like that is not included in the list below, please ask and we can make accommodations to fit your taste. Minimum three (3) days' notice required.
